Muthoot Finance Limited Announces Trading Window Closure
Muthoot Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals and their immediate relatives. The closure, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from the end of the business day on March 31, 2026.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the company announces its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The date for the board meeting to declare these results will be communicated subsequently.
