Mukand Ltd. Completes Land Sale Transactions for Rs. 555.35 Crores
Mukand Ltd. announced the execution of deeds of conveyance for the sale of land parcels located in Dighe and Kalwa, Maharashtra, for a total consideration of Rs. 555,34,68,865 (Rupees Five Hundred and Fifty Five Crores Thirty Four Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five only).The company completed the sale on March 27, 2026, receiving a balance consideration of Rs. 445,34,68,865 (Rupees Four Hundred and Forty Five Crores Thirty Four Lakhs Sixty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Five only) after adjusting a prior partial consideration of Rs. 110,00,00,000 (Rupees One Hundred and Ten Crores Only).
The transaction involved the sale of two portions of land: (i) a 50% undivided share in land parcels admeasuring approximately 9,871 sq. mtrs (2.44 acres) at Dighe for Rs. 43,98,02,405 (Rupees Forty Three Crores Ninety-eight lakhs Two thousand Four hundred and Five only) and (ii) a portion of land admeasuring approximately 57,386 sq. mtrs (14.18 acres) also at Dighe for Rs. 511,36,66,460 (Rupees Five Hundred and Eleven Crores Thirty Six Lakhs Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred and Sixty only).
Further, the sale of land admeasuring approximately 12,437.38 sq. mtrs (3.07 acres) at Kalwa and the grant of a perpetual right of way over 639.35 sq. mtrs (0.16 acres) at Kalwa will be finalized following receipt of an order for sub-division from the relevant authority. This would bring the total land transferred at Dighe and Kalwa to approximately 69,823 sq. mtrs (17.25 acres).
The purchaser, AGP DC INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, is not affiliated with Mukand Ltd.'s promoter group. The company stated that the land sale is not expected to impact its operations and does not constitute a substantial portion of its undertaking.
