Msafe Equipments Ltd. appointed Hitender as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 20, 2026. Hitender brings over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, previously holding leadership roles at HDFC Bank Ltd and CSB Bank Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
The company also appointed Rachit Jain as Business Head- Formwork, effective March 20, 2026. Jain has 19 years of experience in architectural and civil projects specializing in formwork and project management. He holds an MBA in Project Leadership & Management and a Bachelor of Architecture.
Furthermore, the Board appointed M/s R.A. Kila & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the fiscal year 2025-26, and M/s Ajai Kumar & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the same period.
