Mphasis Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective Monday, March 23, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are declared.
