MOIL Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
MOIL Limited, a government of India enterprise, has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities, effective April 1, 2026. The closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared by the company’s board.The date for the board meeting to consider the financial results will be announced at a later date. This action is in accordance with the company's code of fair disclosure and prevention of insider trading policies.
