This determination stems from the company’s equity share capital and net worth falling below specified regulatory thresholds.As of March 31, 2025, Modern Shares & Stockbrokers Ltd.’s paid-up equity share capital totaled Rs. 2,93,11,250 (Rupees Two Crores Ninety Three Lakhs Eleven Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty). The company’s net worth was Rs. 12,02,93,895 (Rupees Twelve crores two lakhs ninety three thousand eight hundred and ninety five only).
