Mindteck (India) Limited announced that a board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, to review the Audited Financial Results and Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending March 31, 2026. The meeting will also consider a dividend recommendation.Trading window for the company will be closed from April 1, 2026, to May 21, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE letter No. NSE/CML/2019/11, both dated April 2, 2019, and in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
