
Mid India Industries Ltd. Closes Trading Window Ahead of Financial Results Announcement
Mid India Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct, designed to regulate and monitor trading in the company's securities, as mandated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).The trading window closure precedes the consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. This restriction applies to designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected individuals, preventing trading activity during this period.
The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results become generally available, following their declaration to the stock exchange.
All directors, key management personnel, designated employees, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are restricted from directly or indirectly dealing in the company’s securities during the closed trading window.
The company is adhering to SEBI circulars including SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022, SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025, regarding Trading Window Closure periods.
The date for the upcoming Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results will be announced subsequently.
