Methodhub Software Limited is evaluating a potential acquisition of an entity incorporated in the USA. The company has entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the concerned parties regarding this proposed transaction.The details of the target entity are not being disclosed at this stage due to confidentiality obligations under the Non-Disclosure Agreement. The proposed acquisition is currently dependent upon the completion of detailed due diligence by Methodhub Software Limited.
