
Medplus Health Services Subsidiary Receives Drug License Suspension Order
Medplus Health Services Limited announced that Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary, has received a suspension order for a Drug License affecting one of its stores. The order, received on March 20, 2026, suspends the Drug License for a period of seven days for the store located on Bhimavaram P P Road in Andhra Pradesh.The suspension is attributed to a violation of Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. The potential financial impact of this suspension is estimated at a revenue loss of Rs 1.93 lacs.
