Medplus Health Services Subsidiary Receives Drug License Suspension Order
Medplus Health Services Limited announced that Optival Health Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of the company, has received a suspension order for a Drug License affecting a store in Karnataka.According to a statement released on March 17, 2026, the Assistant Director, Drugs Control Administration, Hubli Circle, Karnataka, issued an order suspending the Drug License for five days for a store located in Lingaraj Nagar, Karnataka. The order was received on March 16, 2026.
The suspension is based on a violation of Rule 65 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. The company estimates a potential revenue loss of Rs 1.77 lacs due to this suspension.
