This acquisition increased Kiran Poddar’s holding to 0.151% of the company’s total share capital.
Prior to the acquisition, the Promoter/Promoter Group’s collective holdings were as follows: Suresh Kumar Poddar held 17,582,126 shares (40.46%), Manav Poddar held 6,859,158 shares (15.79%), Puja Poddar held 678,163 shares (1.56%), Arun Bagaria held 332,645 shares (0.77%), Dolly Bagaria held 2,614 shares (0.01%), and Kiran Poddar held 50,623 shares (0.117%).
Following the acquisition, the group’s total holding increased to 25,520,329 shares, representing 58.73% of the company’s outstanding shares.
Mayur Uniquoters Limited has an equity share capital of Rs. 21,72,63,000, divided into 4,34,52,600 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
