The restriction, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, began on April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, are released.The company will announce the date of the board meeting where the financial results will be considered and approved in due course.
