The acquisition, previously announced on February 13, 2026, involves Vina Metal Recycling Co. Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of HA & DL Holdings Pte. Ltd.Vina Metal Recycling Co. Limited is engaged in the production and export of stainless steel and recycled metal products. The acquisition is expected to add significant topline and bottomline growth to Maruti Interior Products Limited, as Vina Metal Recycling holds a BIS license to export SS products to India.
The acquisition was approved by the Reserve Bank of India. The total consideration for the acquisition amounts to $2,011,000. Maruti Interior Products Limited acquired 100% of the entity.
