Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd. Reappoints Managing Director
Mangalam Industrial Finance Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Venkata Ramana Revuru as Managing Director, effective July 10, 2026. The reappointment, approved by the Board of Directors on March 21, 2026, is for a period of three years, extending to July 9, 2029, and is subject to shareholder approval.Mr. Revuru, who currently serves as Managing Director, has held the position and is also the Chairman and Promoter of the company. He holds an MBA from Sri Krishnadevaraya University and a PGDIT from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Mr. Revuru brings over two decades of experience in sales, business development, and strategic planning.
According to company disclosures, Mr. Revuru is a business partner with Mr. Vettukallel Avirachan Sojan and Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte, both of whom are also Directors and Promoters. The company confirmed that Mr. Revuru is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other authority.
