VJ & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, has been reappointed as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, in accordance with Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013. CS Varsha Jain, Proprietor of M/s. VJ & Associates, is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with Practice Membership No. 65340 and Certificate of Practice No. 24480. She holds a peer review certificate No. 6610/2025.
M/s. Batliboi and Purohit, Chartered Accountants, has been appointed as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26, in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The firm, registered in New Delhi under registration number 101048W, is comprised of qualified professionals. Mr. Keshav Singh (FRN 101048W, Membership No. 515794) is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Both appointments are effective March 30, 2026. Relationships between directors are not applicable.
