Manali Petrochemicals Receives Industrial Tribunal Award
Manali Petrochemicals Limited announced on April 3, 2026, that it received an award from the Industrial Tribunal, Chennai, dated November 25, 2025, concerning an industrial dispute case filed by 12 employees.The dispute involves a wage disagreement related to the fiscal years 2020-21 and 2021-22, stemming from employment-related actions taken by the company in fiscal year 2019-20 concerning the 12 employees.
The Tribunal has ordered the company to pay approximately Rs. 1.11 crore in wages and compensation to the employees. Manali Petrochemicals is currently reviewing the award and will pursue legal counsel’s advice regarding appropriate action.
According to the company, the award is not expected to have a material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities.
