Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation Ltd. has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that the trading window for its designated persons, including their immediate relatives, will be closed starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for preventing insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date for the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve these financial results will be announced subsequently. The trading window is expected to reopen 48 hours after the results announcement.
