She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from State University, Allahabad, and is currently pursuing an LL.B. She is currently associated with Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited. The newly appointed Director has no relationship with the existing directors of the company.
Furthermore, the Board appointed Mr. Satyendra Keshav Giri as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 27, 2026. Mr. Giri is a Commerce Graduate from University of Mumbai with over 16 years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Taxation, most recently in the FinTech industry.
