Magellanic Cloud Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Central Railway, Bhusawal Division for a contract valued at approximately INR 2 Crore.The contract involves the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV cameras mounted on metallic poles, with video data stored in Network Video Recorders (NVRs). Each station and level crossing gate will have independent equipment for control and monitoring, alongside a centralized command and control center at Bhusawal.
The surveillance system will also incorporate AI-based features to enhance monitoring and operational efficiency.
According to the company, neither the promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in Central Railway, Bhusawal Division, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
