Madhusudan Securities Limited Announces Closure of Trading Window
Madhusudan Securities Limited, now known as MSL Global Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for designated individuals. The closure is in accordance with the company’s “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading,” which aligns with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations.The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026, are declared.
