Lyka Labs Limited Receives Approval for Amalgamation Scheme
Lyka Labs Limited announced on March 17, 2026, that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has approved the scheme of merger between Lyka Exports Limited (Transferor Company) and Lyka Labs Limited (Transferee Company). The merger, initially proposed in February 2026, is being carried out under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.The appointed date for the scheme is April 01, 2022. A copy of the NCLT order is available on the NCLT website.
Lyka Labs Limited is in the process of filing e-form INC-28 along with the order and scheme with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days.
