Lupin Limited Completes Acquisition of VISUfarma B.V.
Lupin Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of VISUfarma B.V., a company based in the Netherlands, effective April 1, 2026. Nanomi B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lupin, finalized the acquisition after fulfilling customary closing conditions. As a result of this acquisition, VISUfarma B.V. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nanomi B.V.Previously, Lupin had disclosed details of the acquisition on September 29, 2025, December 30, 2025, and February 27, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
