The agreement facilitates the cancellation of a space booking arrangement and involves a refund of ₹35,26,15,047.The agreement stipulates that Eterna Living Private Limited will refund the outstanding advance within six months of the agreement’s execution date. As part of the agreement, Landmark Property Development Company Limited received ₹15,00,000 as a partial payment.
The transaction was approved by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors, and shareholders of Landmark Property Development Company Limited.
