Kuantum Papers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, Key Management Personnel (KMPs), connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The trading window will be closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, are declared.The measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. During this period, these individuals are restricted from trading in the company's securities.
The date for the board meeting to declare the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
