The closure will be effective from April 1, 2026, and will remain in place until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s audited financial results for the year ending March 31, 2026.The decision aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's code of conduct. During this period, designated individuals are restricted from engaging in any transactions involving the company's securities. This includes directors, promoters, persons acting in concert, and immediate relatives, as well as individuals with contractual or fiduciary relationships with Krypton Industries Ltd., such as auditors, law firms, and consultants.
The date for the board of directors meeting to consider the financial results will be communicated at a later time.
