Kriti Industries (India) Ltd. held its 112025-26 Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. (IST) and concluded at 10:46 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing. The meeting was conducted in compliance with various guidelines and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).A total of 47 members attended the meeting through video conferencing, meeting the required quorum of 30 members.

Resolutions Passed:
The EGM approved two special resolutions:
1. Alteration of Memorandum of Association: Clause III(B) of the Memorandum of Association was altered to include a new clause related to generating, producing, refining, improving, buying, selling, acquiring, using, transmitting, accumulating, and dealing in all apparatus related to power generation, transmission, and distribution.
2. Alteration of Articles of Association: A new Article 92 was added to the Articles of Association, authorizing the Board of Directors to manage electricity generation plants and facilities.
The company will separately announce the results of the e-voting within two working days.
