
Kriti Industries India Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Kriti Industries India Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for company shares, effective April 1, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026.The company is required to provide prior intimation to the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) at least two trading days prior to the commencement of the trading window closure through an online mechanism, as per SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.
During the closure period, promoters, promoter group, directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), designated persons/employees, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly. The PAN cards of these individuals will be frozen by NSDL.
The date for the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2026, will be announced in due course.
