Kranti Industries Ltd. Disinvests Stake in Preciso Metall, Ceasing Subsidiary Status
Kranti Industries Ltd. announced on March 27, 2026, that its Investment Committee approved the divestment of 8,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each in Preciso Metall Private Limited. This transaction, executed through a Share Purchase Agreement dated March 27, 2026, involved buyers Mr. Kunal Vijay Vora and Mr. Sunil Rameshlal Gadiya.The divestment, representing a 15.22% stake, results in Preciso Metall Private Limited ceasing to be a subsidiary of Kranti Industries Ltd. and becoming an associate company. The consideration received for the sale was ₹40,00,000 from Mr. Kunal Vijay Vora. Mr. Vora and Mr. Gadiya do not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies of Kranti Industries Ltd.
During the last financial year, Preciso Metall Private Limited contributed ₹737.92 lakh, representing 9.40% of the consolidated turnover, and a net worth of (₹190.04) lakh, or 4.58% of the consolidated net worth. The sale is expected to be completed on or before March 30, 2026.
