Kranti Industries Ltd. announced that Mr. Sachin Subhash Vora and Mr. Sumit Subhash Vora have acquired 3,00,000 equity shares each from Sachin Subhash Vora (HUF) and Sumeet Subhash Vora (HUF) respectively. The acquisition occurred through an off-market inter se transfer between promoters, facilitated as a gift. Mr. Sachin Subhash Vora also acquired 15,271 shares on the open market.According to a filing, prior to the transaction, Sachin Subhash Vora held 21,62,830 shares, Sumit Subhash Vora held 20,56,237 shares, Sachin Subhash Vora (HUF) held 3,00,600 shares, and Sumeet Subhash Vora (HUF) held 3,00,600 shares. Post-acquisition, Sachin Subhash Vora holds 24,78,212 shares, Sumit Subhash Vora holds 23,56,237 shares, and the HUFs hold 600 shares each.
The total equity share capital before the acquisition was 1,27,60,400 shares of ₹710/- each. Subsequently, it became 1,27,60,400 shares of ₹10/- each, with a total diluted share capital of 1,30,10,400 shares of ₹810/- each. The transactions occurred on March 24, 2026.
