Mumbai, March 22, 2026 - Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited announced an updated list of Key Managerial Personnel responsible for determining the materiality of events and information, as well as for making disclosures to stock exchanges. The updated list, effective March 21, 2026, is detailed in Annexure A.The list includes Mr. Ashok Vaswani, Managing Director & CEO; Mr. Jaideep Hansraj, Whole-time Director; Mr. Paritosh Kashyap, Whole-time Director; Mr. Anup Kumar Saha, Whole-time Director; Mr. Devang Gheewalla, Group Chief Financial Officer; and Ms. Avan Doomasia, Company Secretary.
