KNR Constructions Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives, and connected persons. This decision is in accordance with Regulation 9(1) read with Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.The trading window will remain closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
