Pune, April 1, 2026: Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd (KPCL) (BSE: 505283, NSE: KIRLPNU) announced a leadership transition today, with Mr. Aman Kirloskar assuming the role of Managing Director, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Srinivasan concluded his tenure as Managing Director on March 31, 2026.

Mr. Aman Kirloskar’s appointment follows endorsement from shareholders through a recent postal ballot. He brings experience from within the Kirloskar Group, previously holding leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and business strategy. During his prior involvement with KPCL, the company achieved record revenues and expanded key product lines.
