Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd. (KMEL) has reconstituted its various board committees following the regular appointment of Dilip Gajanand Nikhare as a Non-Promoter, Non-Executive Independent Director, effective December 1, 2025. The appointment was confirmed by shareholders through a postal ballot on January 30, 2026, and formally approved by the Board of Directors on February 3, 2026.The changes were made in accordance with SEBI (LODR) regulations.
