Khazanchi Jewellers Ltd. has established a charitable trust, named 'Khazanchi Charitable Trust,' to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The move follows an earlier intimation dated March 17, 2026.The Trust Deed was executed and registered on March 18, 2026. The formation of the trust aligns with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and will involve the company and its group entities.
Sakshi Jain, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, confirmed the development on behalf of Khazanchi Jewellers Limited.
