Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Announces Trading Window Closure
Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for securities, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This action is in accordance with Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, along with the company’s code of conduct for preventing insider trading.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be announced subsequently.
All directors, promoters, connected persons, designated persons, and their immediate relatives have been instructed not to trade in the company's securities during the period of the trading window closure.
