Kaycee Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This closure aligns with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the company’s financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, are declared. During this period, designated persons, including promoters, directors, connected individuals, insiders, and their immediate relatives, are restricted from trading in the company’s securities.
