Kaveri Seed Company Ltd. Announces Trading Window Closure
Kaveri Seed Company Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for transactions in the company’s shares, effective from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the company’s code of conduct, which is framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026.
This restriction applies to the company’s promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their relatives and connected persons.
