Kanco Tea & Industries Limited has closed its trading window for equity shares, as per the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window closure commenced on April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.The date for the board meeting to approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
