Kanani Industries Ltd. announced a trading window closure for its directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and related circulars from the BSE and NSE dated April 2, 2019.The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the audited financial results will be announced subsequently.
