Jyoti Structures Limited Receives New Project Order from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited
Jyoti Structures Limited announced it has received a new project order from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited. The project involves EHV220kV/110kV Transmission Line Modification Works for the Mumbai Coastal Road Project, located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.The scope of work encompasses design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply of materials, survey, soil investigation, foundation and erection of towers and monopoles, stringing, testing, and commissioning on a turnkey (LSTK) basis. The value of the project is Rs. 88.33 Crores excluding GST. The completion period for the project is 12 months from the date of the Letter of Award.
According to the company, none of the promoters, promoter group, or group companies have an interest in Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited, and the order does not constitute a related-party transaction.
