The meeting, which began at 4:30 PM and concluded at 5:00 PM, also included a review of the company’s general day-to-day affairs.The board accepted the resignation of CS Vaishali Rani, effective March 9, 2026. CS Riva Maini will be transferred from Jonjua Air Limited to Jonjua Overseas Limited and appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2026. She will participate in company familiarity training as needed.
