JBF Industries Resolution Plan Rejected by NCLT
JBF Industries Limited, currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced on March 18, 2026, that the Resolution Professional’s submitted Resolution Plan has been rejected by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench.The NCLT orally pronounced the order rejecting the plan under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The matter has been referred back to the Committee of Creditors (COC).
