Amijyot, Parimal Society, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad – Jayshreeben Ajitbhai Mehta, a promoter of AvenuesAI Limited, sold 6,02,29,500 (1.72%) equity shares of the company on March 18, 2026, through an off-market inter se transfer. Mr. Ajit Champaklal Mehta, also a promoter, participated in the sale. Infinium Motors Private Limited acquired the shares.Prior to the sale, Ms. Mehta and Mr. Mehta held 95,40,10,982 equity shares, representing 27.29% of the total share/voting capital and 26.95% of the total diluted share/voting capital. Following the sale, their holdings remain at 95,40,10,982 equity shares, maintaining the same percentages.
Infinium Motors Private Limited held 26,66,08,932 shares prior to the transaction, representing 7.63% of the total share/voting capital and 7.53% of the total diluted share/voting capital. Subsequently, their holding increased to 32,68,38,432 shares, representing 9.35% of the total share/voting capital and 9.23% of the total diluted share/voting capital.
The equity share capital of AvenuesAI Limited before and after the sale was 3,49,64,20,770 shares. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company post-acquisition is 3,53,95,68,664 shares.
