Jamna Auto Industries Allots Shares Under Employee Stock Option Scheme​

Jamna Auto Industries Limited announced the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) 2017. The company’s Compensation Committee approved the allocation of 75,500 fully paid equity shares to eligible employees on March 28, 2026, following the exercise of vested options.

The newly allotted shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company. The exercise price per share was Rs. 50.00, with a premium of Rs. 49.00 per equity share.

Following this allotment, the total issued shares stand at 399,786,635, and the total issued share capital is Rs. 399,786,635.
