J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited announced today that its joint venture, J. Kumar-SDPL (JV), has received a Letter of Acceptance from the National Highways Authority of India. The contract involves the construction of a 4-lane expressway, expandable to 8 lanes, connecting Vadhavan Port to Tawa Village on NH 48 in the State of Maharashtra. The project, executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode, has a design length of 32.180 kilometers.

The total contract cost for the project is ₹2,360,00,00,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Crores). The project is expected to be completed within 30 months.

No promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the National Highways Authority of India. The contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
