Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited Allots Equity Shares Following Warrant Conversion​

Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited announced the allotment of 7,40,700 fully paid-up equity shares on Saturday, March 28, 2026, following the exercise of convertible warrants. The allotment was approved by the company’s board of directors at a meeting held on the same date.

The shares were issued to warrant holders at an issue price of ₹ 63 per share. Piyushbhai Natvarlal Patel, a promoter, converted 22,92,436 warrants, resulting in the allotment of 7,40,700 equity shares.

The total balance outstanding warrants for conversion currently stand at 34,20,892. Warrant holders have 18 months, from the warrant allotment date of September 20, 2025, to convert the remaining warrants.

The paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from 2,65,63,697 shares with an amount of ₹ 26,56,36,970 to 2,73,04,397 shares with an amount of ₹ 27,30,43,970.
