The acquisition is subject to completion of applicable terms and conditions and issuance of an allotment letter upon payment of the balance purchase consideration.
According to the Letter of Intent, the acquisition does not involve any special rights, conditions, or arrangements impacting the management, control, or capital structure of InterGlobe Aviation.
