Interarch Building Solutions Limited Appoints Executive Director
Interarch Building Solutions Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Kumar Garg as an Executive Director on March 27, 2026, via postal ballot. Mr. Garg, who currently serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, was initially appointed as an Additional Director on February 2, 2026.The appointment is for a period of five years, commencing February 2, 2026, and concluding February 1, 2031. Mr. Garg will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer and is subject to retirement by rotation.
Mr. Manish Kumar Garg holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He brings over three decades of experience in the metal and pre-engineered buildings sector.
According to company disclosures, Mr. Garg has no inter-se relationship with other directors besides serving as Chief Executive Officer. He is not restricted from holding the position of Director by any regulatory authority.
