Integrated Thermoplastics Ltd. (Scrip Code: 530921) announced the closure of its trading window, effective April 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.The trading window closure applies to designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
A board meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the audited financial results for the relevant period. A separate notification regarding the board meeting will be sent to the stock exchange. Designated persons have been informed to refrain from trading in the company’s securities during the trading window closure.
